Witham View Veterinary Surgery is an independent small animal practice owned and run by two vets with over 20 years of combined experience. We are situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Woodhall Spa, with a modern well equipped surgery and plentiful on-site parking.
We are a friendly and approachable team with a passion to keep your pet happy and healthy. Our surgery is well equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and above all caring staff to provide excellent support for your pet. If your pet would prefer a visit at home we are happy to arrange this for you and we provide our own out-of-hours service to ensure that there is a familiar face when you need it most.

Dr Avril Marriott
I graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2010. Since then I have worked in both mixed and small animal practice. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary practice, but have particular interests in behavioural and preventative medicine
In my spare time I enjoy walking my 4 dogs around the Lincolnshire countryside.
Dr Nicola Williams
I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2001. After starting my career in mixed practice in Wales I have settled in Lincolnshire for the last 14 years. I have an interest in pain management and chronic cases and I am trained in Western Medical Acupuncture.
Outside of work I enjoys adventures with my two young boys.
Meet The Team
I graduated from Newcastle upon Tyne University in 2004 after completing a BSc Domesticated Animal Science degree. I then went on to work as a Veterinary Receptionist and Trainee Veterinary Nurse until completing a FdSc Veterinary Nursing degree in 2011.
My spare time is taken up looking after our three sons. As a family we especially enjoy swimming, cycling and walking our Jack Russell Terrier Mylo.
I have 9 years experience as a veterinary nursing assistant and joined Witham View Vets as a Receptionist in June 2019.
I enjoy meeting all the different animals and their owners
I am also a dog groomer, so I do that in my spare time.
My hobbies are being outdoors with my dog Scruff, camping and keeping active when I can.
RVN C+G cert. NES, C+G cert. SAN
I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2004. I worked in a large veterinary hospital for many years and have also worked in emergency and critical care. I have locumed for several practices in the area and have worked for a busy small animal charity in North East Lincolnshire. I have additional qualifications in exotics and nutrition and have special interests in animal behaviour, in-house laboratory work and minor surgery.
When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband and two yound boys. I also enjoy going to the gym and competing at strongwoman events.
I have been a veterinary receptionist for 16 years and enjoy forming relationships with clients and their pets.
In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog Soots
